National Historic Preservation Award 2019

On June 14, 2019, the Sons of the Revolution in the State of New York, Inc. accepted the NSDCW National Historic Preservation Award shortly before setting out on the annual Flag Day Parade which traverses from City Hall Park to Fraunces Tavern.  National Chairman Sonia Mallar had announced the award at the 2019 NSDCW Assembly in Washington, D.C., and recognized the Sons for their preservation of 300-year old Fraunces Tavern in Lower Manhattan.  The Sons received a certificate and check for $500.
